I’m not really one to comment on housing, but I’ve been in the market now that I’m married.
A few weeks ago, my wife asked me if prices would go down. Then we started to see price drops on Zillow. A friend of mine started to see more foreclosures on the county list. More “For Sale” signs are popping up, too.
So I wanted to see what the Philly Housing Index had to say about it…
